c) Third-Party Payment Gateway

You agree to the terms of the external payment provider when making payments through the App.

d) Camera Access

The App may request camera access only for barcode scanning. No images or videos are stored.

Event Registrations & Season Passes

a) Event Registration

Event participation is governed by the terms of the event organizer. WEBI EVENTS is not responsible for third-party events.

b) Season Passes

Refund requests must be sent to contact@webitoinfotech.com at least 3 weeks prior to the event’s start date.

Data Privacy

Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to our handling of your data.

Intellectual Property

All content in the App is owned by WEBI EVENTS or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without prior written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as-is." We make no guarantees regarding reliability or performance.

Limitation of Liability

WEBI EVENTS is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages related to your use of the App.

Indemnification

You agree to hold WEBI EVENTS and its team harmless from any claims or damages arising from your use of the App.

Refund Policy

• Daily Tickets: Non-refundable.
